Hello,
First off, let me offer condolences on the loss of your grandfather. The men of that generation were amazing--they could do anything they set their minds to. I hope you and your family are doing well.

If I may, I had some questions about the Dust armoured transport model you just showed here.
I was wondering about the choice of the RB gun barrels. I just bought a bunch of Dust models and was thinking of using RB barrels as well. I just got some 1:100 scale barrels from RB for my 15mm tanks. They are so tiny! I wonder if the scale "difference" is because pewter and plastic have to be thicker to hold up to tabletop usage?
Have you seen the RB 1:35 and 1:48 scale 75's or 88's? I am wondering how they would look on the Ludwig and the JagdtLuther--which scale would look better or appropriate to the vehicle?

Do you ever use washes over the Alcad?
And do you feel that the Mig Ammo stuff is a much higher quality that many other brands?

Your model is really cool and congrats on winning at Gencon. Do you ever go to Adepticon? The Crystal brush show there is pretty nice.
I bought two of the Dust Transports from FFG for $9 apiece! You helped FFG make some cash! So, thanks for the inspiration. I look forward to seeing more of your Dust work.
